Job Summary
Lead the organization and maintenance in and around the parts department, backroom, staging, and delivery areas; manage knowledge of product inventory; assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value; lead commercial program when CPP is not present (weekends as demand requires); engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services; perform outbound calls, follow-ups, and basic account touchpoints; perform customer deliveries following standard driver procedures; support onboarding and shadowing of new team members; maintain vehicle fleet maintenance knowledge, safety checks, and MVR certification. Strong communication, inventory management, and software skills (POS, parts lookup, Microsoft Word/Excel); ability to multi-task in a busy environment and route store drivers; ASE certification preferred but not required; high school diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
- MVR certification
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
- experience with inventory and dispatching
- strong selling skills for commercial customers
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
