Job Summary
Lead assigned tasks for commercial solar rooftop installations, ensuring clean jobsites and assisting with equipment assembly while adhering to NEC, OSHA, and company quality standards. Provide daily assignments, supervision, and mentorship to the self-install team to meet production targets, performing hands-on installation with hand and power tools. Analyze job sites to identify hazards, defects, and necessary modifications, maintaining full accountability for schedule, material needs, and code compliance. Requires 4+ years of commercial installation experience, OSHA 10 certification, and scissor lift training, with flexible Monday through Friday travel to various job sites.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ Years of Commercial Installation Experience
- Ability to read, understand, and execute construction plans
- Complete understanding of the equipment layout, assembly, and manufacturers installation specifications and requirements
- Complete understanding of grounding and bonding requirements within a solar installation project
- OSHA 10
- Scissor Lift certification
- Active Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Scheduling flexibility
- Ability to travel to different jobsites
- Monday through Friday travel
