Oversee onsite cleaning operations for CBRE Government & Defense Services, supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage recruitment. Coordinate daily activities, schedule and assign tasks, cross-train staff, and track deadlines. Drive strategic planning and implementation of best practices to keep the location at the forefront of cleaning and operational standards. Ensure advanced planning of cleaning operations with clear task sign-offs; focus on training and developing the team; provide professional support to clients and contracts matters. Take full ownership of cleaning feedback or complaints, approve payroll and maintain labor levels for cost efficiency, perform daily site audits to ensure high cleanliness and safety standards, and monitor KPIs/SLAs with corrective actions. Lead by example, align with CBRE values, and apply disciplinary knowledge to achieve departmental objectives. Identify and resolve day-to-day issues, guide performance expectations, and communicate next steps to stakeholders.
