Job Summary
Manage account relationships and resolve client issues by performing data entry, establishing electronic vehicle files, and updating records with standardized abbreviations. Coordinate with the posting clerk and transportation team to ensure charges are applied correctly, arrange vehicle logistics, and prepare sale vehicle run processes including scheduling and notices. Reconcile incoming bills against ordered repairs for institutional customers, balance sales with the accounting department, and prepare reports such as expense and dealer attendance summaries. Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles and follow up on preparation issues by contacting service vendors and account representatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years' experience in a related field
- any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline
- 5 years' experience in a related field
- Prior clerical or administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.)
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communications and Organizational skills
- Ability to clear a pre-employment drug test
- Applicant must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
