Job Summary
Provide comprehensive support to Cox Automotive Manheim clients by managing high-revenue account processes, auditing vehicle sale workflows, posting accurate charges and invoices, coordinating vehicle transportation, and maintaining strong client relationships. Analyze reports for trends and compliance, prepare and audit run orders, assist with vehicle preparation and inventory announcements, and serve as a liaison between clients and auction departments. Requires a High School Diploma/GED, 3 years’ related experience (or 5 years in related field), proficiency in Excel, ability to travel locally as needed, and a valid driver’s license. Demonstrated focus on customer service, accuracy in documentation, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
