Job Summary
Manage account relationships and maintain vehicle files by verifying title information, logging titles, and establishing customer vehicle files in the AS 400 system. Perform data entry for VINs, condition reports, and floor prices while investigating transmission errors and pulling consignment inventory updates. Coordinate with the title, posting, transportation, and accounting departments to ensure charges are applied, sale packages are mailed, and post-sale invoicing is completed. Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles and provide inventory reconciliation reports. Prepare sale vehicle run processes, including run orders and scheduling, while following all safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years of related work experience
- any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience
- 5 years of related work experience
- Valid Driver's License
- safe driving record
- Good communication and organizational skills
- strong attention to details
- Basic computer software skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.)
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks
