Job Summary
Coordinate and optimize the scheduling and deployment of field service technicians for commercial clients, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include receiving and processing service requests, prioritizing and dispatching calls based on urgency and expertise, monitoring schedules, providing real-time updates to clients and internal teams, maintaining accurate CRM records, handling inquiries and issues, collaborating with sales and operations, and generating daily to monthly dispatch performance reports while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office. Location is Belleview, FL; full-time role with varying shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred
- 2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience
- Strong geographical knowledge and ability to navigate efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency with dispatch software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
