Commercial Service Technician- Wichita Falls, TX

Job Summary
Respond to service requests and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, fuel dispensers, and electrical systems at approximately 15 locations in the Wichita Falls, TX region. Diagnose and repair fuel dispensers, replace filters, and maintain rooftop units, ice machines, and fryers while ensuring all repairs comply with OSHA regulations. Complete same-day work order notes, monitor stock levels, and maintain service vehicles and tools. Work 45–50+ hours per week with no on-call requirements, earning a performance-based bonus and paid port to port. Travel less than 10% and participate in company-sponsored safety and technical training.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license and positive driving record
- Minimum 3 years of recent commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal 608 certification
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
- Basic knowledge and ability to repair commercial plumbing and electrical systems
- Basic understanding of OSHA guidelines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate mathematical ability
- Ability to read and interpret site drawings
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to climb ladders
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Work in inclement weather
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, crawl, and kneel
