Commercial Service Technician

Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, fuel dispensers, and electrical systems at Pilot Company locations in Sulphur Springs, TX. You''ll be dispatched from home with a company vehicle and equipment, work 45-50+ hours per week, and travel to store locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment in accordance with warranty requirements and OSHA/pilot safety standards. Key duties include responding to service requests, maintaining service records, monitoring stock, inspecting facilities, repairing fuel dispensers and fuel-security systems, performing preventive maintenance on rooftop HVAC, ice machines, refrigeration, fryers, and other equipment, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company procedures. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA Universal 608, a valid driver''s license, 3+ years HVAC service experience, 3+ years experience with commercial cooking/refrigeration equipment, basic plumbing/electrical repair skills, OSHA familiarity, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to work independently with good attention to detail.
