Commercial Service Technician

Job Summary
Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, fuel dispensers, and electrical systems at Pilot Company locations in the Bedminster, NJ region. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment to warranty standards; communicating repair status to supervisors and store management; completing same-day work order notes; maintaining stock, vehicle, tools, and uniforms; inspecting for safety issues; ensuring compliance with OSHA and Pilot Company regulations; and contributing to guest and team member experiences. Requires EPA Universal 608 certification, 3+ years of HVAC service and 3+ years of experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment, basic plumbing and electrical skills, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Universal 608 certification
- Minimum 3 years of recent commercial HVAC service experience
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
- Basic knowledge to repair commercial plumbing and electrical systems
- Valid state driver’s license with positive driving record
- OSHA guidelines knowledge (OSHA 10 training provided)
