Commercial Service Technician

Job Summary
Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on facility HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, fuel dispensers, and electrical systems across Pilot Company locations. Respond to service requests, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, complete same-day work order notes, monitor stock levels, maintain the service vehicle and tools, repair fuel dispensers and fuel security systems, inspect interiors/exteriors for safety, ensure OSHA and Pilot Company regulations compliance, and demonstrate company values while supporting guest and team member experiences. Weekly pay and benefits are provided; role requires a valid US work authorization and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Universal 608 certification
- Minimum 3 years of recent commercial HVAC service experience
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
- Basic knowledge to repair commercial plumbing and electrical systems
- OSHA 10 training (provided)
- Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and in congested areas
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret site drawings
- Travel requirements less than 10%
