Job Summary
Commercial Service Technician IV responsible for the complete installation of commercial HVAC equipment (5+ tons) and accessories, overseeing Install Helpers, interfacing with customers to resolve questions and ensure satisfaction, performing duct fabrication and start-ups, delivering high-quality customer service, promoting products/services, handling warranty parts, paperwork, and vehicle/tool maintenance, and adhering to safety procedures under supervision of Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 6+ years
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
- HVAC installation and start-ups
- duct fabrication and installation
- ability to install HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment per specs
- ability to perform limited diagnostics
- customer service orientation
- ability to handle payments and paperwork neatly and timely
- ability to represent the company professionally
- safety and PPE compliance
- ability to maintain company vehicle and tools
- ability to follow procedures and replenish parts as needed
