Job Summary
Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration) including start-ups on air conditioning, plus related IAQ products and accessories. Communicate with customers to resolve questions and ensure satisfaction; prepare material requisition forms to maintain truck stock; perform maintenance, soldering, welding, brazing, and minor field fabrication; and function under supervision of a Field Supervisor or General Manager. Requires applicable high school diploma or equivalent and a commercial HVAC license (Gasfitter 1 or 2) with Refrigeration (313A) license preferred; licenses in plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, or refrigeration are assets. Must be able to read drawings/blueprints and work overtime/weekends as needed. Company offers comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Commercial HVAC license (Gasfitter 1 or 2)
- Refrigeration license (313A)
- Proven mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints
