Commercial Service Technician III

Commercial Service Technician III performs diagnostic and service work on commercial HVAC/R equipment, communicates with customers to address questions and ensure satisfaction, and supports sales of products/services. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems and accessories, performing equipment start-ups, delivering/removing equipment, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer concerns, preparing material requisitions for truck stock, and performing related duties such as servicing IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and minor field fabrication. Requires reading/interpretation of drawings and blueprints; ability to operate tools; overtime/weekend availability; and a high school diploma with applicable HVAC licenses.
