Commercial Service Technician

Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units up to 100 tons across office buildings, medical facilities, and dental centers. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and controls issues, and complete accurate service documentation while maintaining parts inventory in the company van. Operate independently from a home dispatch model with a fully equipped vehicle, reporting to the office weekly for stock replenishment and paperwork. Valid driver's license with a clean record required. Service territory covers Seattle, Eastside, Marysville, Tacoma, and Snoqualmie Pass.
