Job Summary
Lead and supervise O’Connor Plumbing’s Commercial Service Field team across the DMV area, overseeing job tickets, materials ordering, and daily field operations to ensure safety, quality, and service excellence. Provide hands-on technical support and regular coaching to service technicians and apprentices; participate in on-call scheduling and dispatching. Requires strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills; candidates should have proven commercial plumbing experience (10 years preferred) and a Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred but not required). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proficiency with computers/electronic devices are needed. Travel to job sites in the region with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
