Job Summary
Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial plumbing systems and fixtures while diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions. Conduct inspections to identify and prevent potential failures, representing the company professionally at customer sites. Work independently in the field while collaborating with team members and providing guidance to junior technicians. Maintain accurate service documentation and participate in on-call rotation and weekend work. Requires a Journeyman Plumbing License (MA or RI) with 5+ years of commercial experience. Pay ranges from $35 to $48/hour with incentives and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumbing License (MA or RI)
- Master preferred
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Participate in on-call rotation
