Job Summary

Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest technician routes are successfully completed while inspecting and evaluating team performance. Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded during daily operations. Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests, and maintain inventory levels of pest control products. Facilitate continual training for local sales and service teams to drive outstanding service delivery. This role leads and motivates local Pest Technician Teams across 47 states to safeguard homes and businesses against pests. A valid driver's license and associate's degree are required, with relocation highly desirable.
