Job Summary
Handle service calls, log them on the dispatch sheet, and manage phone sales and walk-in customers. Create work orders for all merchandise service calls or deliveries, ensuring items are pulled from the warehouse. Possess considerable knowledge of pneumatic tools, equipment, and methods used in the tire service industry, including diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems, brakes, suspensions, CV axles, tire balancing, oil changes, belts, hoses, starters, and alternators. Requires a valid Florida driver's license and minimum one year of management experience. Work on Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Possess valid Florida driver's license or ability to obtain a Florida driver's license
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability and flexibility to work on Saturdays
