Job Summary
Senior Commercial Construction Superintendent responsible for managing day-to-day field operations on a $50M ground-up development in Charlotte County, FL. Oversees subcontractors, jobsite schedules, and project sequencing to ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance. Communicates with Project Managers, owners, and subcontractors; conducts inspections; and maintains site safety. Requires 5–10+ years in commercial construction with experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use projects and strong leadership to manage field teams. Travel to projects as needed; housing assistance for travel projects offered; benefits include medical/dental, PTO, and vehicle allowance.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience
- Strong commercial construction background required
- Experience with restaurant, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use projects preferred
- Experience managing high-end interior finishes is a plus
- OSHA knowledge and safety experience required
- Ability to travel for projects if needed
