Job Summary
Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager responsible for managing a complex renewable energy client portfolio, evaluating credit decisions, structuring deals, collaborating with the Relationship Manager and Credit Analyst, monitoring financial statements, documenting credit decisions, and mentoring junior staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business and at least 8 years of renewable energy finance experience, with strong analytical, risk, client-facing, and financial modeling skills. Travel is required; base pay range provided. Located in Chicago, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting)
- At least 8 years renewable energy finance experience
- Highly proficient analytical skills, critical thinking and communication skills
- Professional presence (client-facing)
- Experience managing an advanced commercial client portfolio with a great deal of complexity
- Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling
- Proficient with technology and ability to learn new applications
- Ability to partner with deal stakeholders including clients, relationship manager and credit teams
- Travel willingness
