Job Summary
Drive new business growth in Altoona and Greensburg by building strategic relationships and winning commercial customers in the security/IT space. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, upsell opportunities, and post-install engagement. Represent Johnson Controls Security as a trusted advisor, delivering modernized security solutions, maintaining deep product knowledge, and staying ahead of industry needs. Target senior-level decision makers, manage a robust pipeline, and travel within the territory to develop and maintain customer relationships. Collaborate with a large organization to leverage industry-leading security solutions in high-potential markets.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- 2+ years of successful commercial sales experience in security, technology, or IT
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including ability to engage senior-level decision makers
- Local travel within territory
