Job Summary
Develop and grow a designated territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities; build and maintain strong relationships with architects, landscape architects, engineers, municipalities, developers, and contractors; promote and specify Techo-Bloc products within commercial, institutional, and municipal projects; deliver product presentations, educational seminars, and Lunch & Learn sessions to increase brand awareness and product adoption; manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools; prepare project quotations and oversee opportunities throughout the full sales cycle; collaborate closely with internal sales and operations teams to secure and close projects; meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives; stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and upcoming project opportunities within the territory; travel within the territory with occasional travel to the Maritimes; bilingual English/French required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience working with architects, engineers, municipalities, developers, contractors, or related industry professionals is considered a strong asset
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and drive business growth
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required
