Job Summary
Commercial Sales Representative responsible for prospecting and acquiring new commercial/industrial and public sector clients for security and fire alarm systems in Arizona. Responsibilities include needs assessments, presenting demonstrations and proposals, negotiating pricing, coordinating with installation teams, and maintaining post-sale client relationships. Requires 2+ years in security or fire alarm sales, strong communication/presentation skills, ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing. First-year compensation targeted at $140K–$150K. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling security or fire alarm systems
- Strong understanding of security and fire alarm technology and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
