Job Summary
Commercial Sales Representative responsible for retaining and growing customer accounts, learning their business needs, proactively positioning IPS solutions, and prioritizing opportunities with the greatest potential. You will communicate with customers regarding products, pricing, and availability; assist with cost-saving initiatives; prepare and submit sales contracts and orders; collaborate with colleagues to exchange selling strategies and marketing insights; and drive growth through cross-selling and up-selling and value-added solutions. Occasional travel may be required. The role emphasizes relationship-building, initiative, and results-driven selling, with a competitive salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package offered by IPS.
