Job Summary
Commercial Sales Representative – Inside Sales role supporting Parkland’s commercial business by proactively contacting existing customers and onboarding new customers. Responsibilities include outbound sales calls to retain accounts and generate referrals, qualifying and closing unsolicited inbound inquiries within an annual volume range, entering leads and updating opportunities in a CRM, and collaborating with the Commercial outside sales teams. Requires strong communication, ability to cold call and generate opportunities, CRM familiarity, time management and independent work habits; industry experience in cardlock/commercial fuel is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- One year college diploma in an applicable area of study
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to cold call and generate sales opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM system
- Ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills
- Industry experience in cardlock and commercial fuel is an asset
- Previous sales experience an asset
