Job Summary
Prospect daily via phone, email, and in-person visits to set meetings with facility managers, property managers, and business owners. Climb on roofs, inspect equipment, and learn commercial HVAC/R systems to sell planned maintenance agreements that protect critical business operations. Build and grow your own book of recurring service revenue while tracking activity and hitting performance targets. This hunter role requires creating your own opportunities. You will work in North Las Vegas with a base salary plus uncapped commission, earning up to $115K on target. ColdTech Refrigeration provides structured training, mentorship, and a product that businesses actually need to protect critical systems.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in the Las Vegas area
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, etc.) OR proven success in commission-based sales
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment and climbing ladders/rooftops
