Commercial Sales Representative to expand Debug Pest Control's commercial business across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut and surrounding markets; responsible for developing long-term commercial relationships with property managers, builders, HOAs, real estate professionals, and commercial property owners; build and manage a strategic pipeline of commercial prospects; execute targeted outreach and account strategies; conduct site inspections and recommend tailored pest control solutions; own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement; represent Debug at industry events, association meetings, and local networking opportunities; maintain accurate records in CRM systems; collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure strong client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience
- Comfortable with longer sales cycles and consultative selling
- Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Proficient with CRM tools and modern sales technology (including ChatGPT)
