Job Summary
Commercial Landscape Services (CLS) Sales Representative drives revenue growth for CLS markets by developing and implementing sales strategies, delivering persuasive client presentations, and managing a robust pipeline. Responsibilities include market research, collaboration with senior management to create business development plans, developing proposals and contracts, coordinating cross-team efforts for project execution, promoting brand awareness through events and digital marketing, and providing accurate sales reporting and performance insights to leadership. The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, lead generation, achievement of sales targets, and continuous professional development; travel up to 25% may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or associate’s degree with one year of outside sales experience; or high school diploma or equivalent with two years of outside sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage time effectively and maintain exceptional attention to detail, resulting in increased sales performance and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties.
- Driver’s license.
