Develop and maintain relationships with multifamily property owners/operators, property management companies, asset managers, architects, engineers, and general contractors; generate new bid opportunities and manage opportunities through the sales cycle from prospecting to contract award; collaborate with estimators and operations teams to prepare competitive proposals; track relationships and sales activity in CRM; attend industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and trade shows; build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities; commission-based earning with an unlimited potential.
