Job Summary
Sales Operations Analyst responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales-related data to boost productivity. Primary focus on sales analysis with secondary emphasis on sales productivity and analytics; duties include leading territory design, validating quota assignments in Xactly, ensuring data integrity in territory/quota planning, producing metrics reports, conducting scenario modeling, and delivering data-driven insights to inform management decisions. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of data-analytic experience in a sales/finance context; proficiency with data visualization (Tableau) and data tools (SQL, Snowflake) is helpful. Role is hybrid with 4 days in the St. Louis Park, MN HQ and 1 day remote. A manufacturing background is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or an applicable degree
- Minimum 5+ years professional experience in a data analyst role, in sales finance, or a related role
