Job Summary
Commercial Sales & Marketing Representative to drive revenue growth in the commercial restoration market. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting commercial clients, building and maintaining client relationships in the sales territory, increasing brand awareness through marketing events and CE classes, maintaining a robust pipeline of leads, monitoring industry trends, and consistently achieving territory sales goals. Requires proven B2B sales experience (minimum two years), CRM proficiency, and the ability to work with cleaning agents and lift/carry objects when needed. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industries is a plus. A background check may be required. Location: Chesapeake, VA area; full-time role with standard benefits. This role emphasizes proactive client engagement, relationship management, and data-driven selling to expand SERVPRO’s commercial restoration services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
