Job Summary
Lead product expansion initiatives in Commercial lines as the Manager of Product Growth and Advocacy. This role emphasizes driving product adoption, advocacy, and growth by collaborating with Commercial business unit leaders. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, measuring performance metrics, and enhancing engagement through field activities. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience in sales or market expansion, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and skills in strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in data-driven insights and exceptional relationship-building abilities are crucial for success.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, product growth, or market expansion roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic product advocacy efforts and collaborating with senior business unit leaders
- Extensive expertise in executive-level event prioritization and field engagement
- Proactive leadership and ability to align teams around shared goals
- Exceptional relationship building and influence with stakeholders
- Skilled in transforming strategic GTM plans into initiatives
- Agility and resilience in navigating complex challenges
- Data-driven and insightful with strategic recommendations
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, growth, or market expansion roles
- Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Domo, PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Salesforce Experience
- Insurance Certification
- Experience in E&S and small to medium commercial products
