Job Summary

Commercial Sales Consultant responsible for generating new business opportunities within office & industrial, logistics, FF&E/OS&E, warehousing, installation, and workplace services. Focus on identifying and developing revenue opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and social media, while building long-term client relationships and tailoring solutions. Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure successful project execution and exceptional customer experiences, including site visits, surveys, proposals, pricing, presentations, and sales contracts. Travel may be required to meet with clients, conduct site surveys, and support opportunities. Key capabilities include hunter-minded sales, relationship-building with corporate clients and property managers, CRM activity and forecasting, and cross-functional teamwork with operations, warehouse, transportation, and installation teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial sales, logistics, moving & storage, workplace services, or related industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial sales, logistics, moving & storage, workplace services, or related industries preferred
  • Proven success in business development and relationship-driven sales
  • Experience selling commercial relocation, warehousing, logistics, transportation, FF&E/OS&E, or installation solutions is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
