Job Summary
Outside sales role focused on increasing revenue through new account acquisition and growth of existing accounts for STTC. Responsibilities include managing assigned accounts, utilizing the STTC sales process, presenting solutions (including sustainable offerings), coordinating product delivery and service with the team, maintaining daily sales metrics, scheduling and conducting customer visits, entering interactions into the CRM, conducting fleet tire inspections and related activities, developing sales proposals and quotes, and creating an annual sales plan aligned with branch capabilities. Requires travel overnight for meetings, physical duties (lifting up to 75lbs), and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of outside sales experience in the commercial tire industry or related
- Integrity and honesty
- Proficient in basic arithmetic
- Proficient in basic computer use
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform physical duties (lift up to 75lbs)
- Travel - overnight for bi-annual sales meetings
