Job Summary

Translate commercial forecasts and operational insight into clear marketing and sales priorities, ensuring campaigns support current trading conditions and future demand. Turn objectives into measurable actions, feeding rolling forecasts across rooms, spa, and food & beverage to identify trends, risks, and revenue growth opportunities. Monitor booking pace and guest behavior to increase spend and conversion, while challenging the commercial viability of ideas to ensure measurable returns. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and priorities, preparing regular performance reports for leadership. Champion a proactive sales culture by spending time within operational departments to improve on-the-floor selling, confidence, and product knowledge. Lead teams through workload planning, regular one-to-ones, and collaborative reviews that encourage commercial thinking across all departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial, marketing, revenue or business development, ideally within hospitality, leisure, tourism or lifestyle brands
  • Experience producing or analysing commercial forecasts across multiple revenue streams
  • Strong understanding of rooms, food & beverage and spa performance drivers
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading and developing people with a collaborative leadership style
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence using data to inform decisions
  • Experience interpreting forecasts, identifying trends and translating insight into action
  • The confidence to challenge ideas constructively and focus activity on measurable return
  • The ability to influence others and promote a positive, commercially focused sales culture
  • A flexible, team-oriented approach with a willingness to support the wider business whenever needed
  • Must be available for weekend day
  • Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours over 5 days
