Job Summary
Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, answer questions, and identify solutions offered by pest prevention, termite protection, landscape, and irrigation services. Educate clients on product features based on their personal requirements while maintaining exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Leverage access to multiple resources and ongoing training to drive new business development and sales growth. This role offers a performance-based path to increased responsibility, including potential operations and business unit management, within a growing family-owned company serving over 800,000 customers across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Must be adept in B2B sales and new business development
- Have the internal drive, independence and motivation to excel
- Consistent in providing exceptional customer service
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
- Background checks completed on all candidates considered for hire
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
