Job Summary
Commercial Service Account Manager role focused on pursuing service agreements, repairs and modernization opportunities for Carrier HVAC customers in Oklahoma City. Responsible for selling the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products, creating and maintaining sales territory and account plans, presenting at customer seminars to develop new and existing relationships, and leveraging CRM to manage interactions and opportunities. Requires strong customer service, relationship-building with cross-functional teams, ability to identify and pursue service agreement opportunities with both existing and new customers, and to consistently achieve sales metrics and annual targets. Must be able to lift/carry 20 lbs and work on roofs/platforms as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED
- 2+ Years of HVAC experience or Commercial HVAC Sales
