Commercial Sales Account Manager responsible for pursuing service agreements and quick-turn projects to keep customers operating effectively, while targeting large opportunities to modernize customer equipment. Drive sales of Carrier HVAC service products and solutions, develop and maintain sales territory and account plans, present at customer seminars, and map Carrier value propositions to customer objectives. Build credible relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leverage CRM to manage opportunities, and consistently achieve sales metrics and annual targets. Demonstrated ability to attract new customers and expand share with existing customers, with strong presentation, negotiation, and cross-sell/up-sell capabilities.
