Execute account development strategies and sales business plans to achieve medium-sized targets by prospecting new clients through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing. Manage and drive portfolio profitability by ensuring on-going service for amendments, renewals, and claims is delivered on time while conducting comprehensive risk evaluations for clients. Sell non-life products aligned to client needs, identify cross and up-selling opportunities, and maintain agreed quote volumes, NTU, and cancellation ratios. Monitor and resolve escalated client queries to meet Service Level Agreement standards, collaborate with underwriting, pricing, and claims departments to enhance the customer experience, and actively participate in the OMI team to achieve functional balanced scorecard objectives.
