Job Summary
Commercial Pest Control Technician (Route Manager) manages a dedicated commercial route delivering pest control and inspection services to clients, building cordial client relationships, identifying and solving pest problems, participating in training and certification programs, and operating a take-home company vehicle. The role involves visiting local businesses, applying pest-control knowledge, coordinating with operations and sales teams, growing accounts, and maintaining safety, timeliness, and quality standards while meeting client expectations and driving route growth.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail & pride in your work
- Drive to learn, grow, and win as a team
- Bonus Points If You’ve Got: Experience in pest control, landscaping, agriculture, or food production
- Customer service skills from retail, hospitality, or food service
