Job Summary
Oversee commercial roofing and waterproofing projects from start to finish; manage schedules, budgets, and production; coordinate field teams, superintendents, and subcontractors; review drawings, specifications, and scope requirements; manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation; visit job sites to ensure safety, quality, and progress; attend preconstruction and jobsite meetings; track labor, material costs, and project profitability; build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors; support and mentor project coordinators or assistant PMs; 5+ years of experience in commercial construction; proficient with Microsoft Office and construction software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar; valid driver’s license; OSHA 30 certification preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Experience managing or overseeing commercial roofing or waterproofing projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar
