Job Summary
The Commercial Roofing Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, and Single-ply roofing. Candidates must operate tools safely, follow OSHA regulations, and effectively communicate with team members. Physical demands include climbing ladders and handling materials weighing at least 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Commercial Roofing (preferred)
- Reliable form of transportation
- Acceptable background check per company standards
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
