Job Summary
The Commercial Roofing Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of various commercial roofing systems including BUR, EPDM, TPO, and single-ply. Duties include safe operation of tools, following OSHA regulations, identifying and repairing leaks, and applying waterproofing sealants. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, reliable transportation, and be able to meet physical demands such as lifting 50 lbs and working on ladders. The position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $23.00 to $29.00.
