Job Summary
Skilled Commercial Roofers are responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of various commercial roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, and coatings. Key responsibilities include safe operation of hand and power tools, adherence to OSHA regulations, and effective communication with team members. Physical demands include working outdoors in varying weather, climbing and operating ladders, and lifting at least 50 lbs. The position requires at least 1 year of commercial roofing experience and a reliable form of transportation.
