Job Summary
As a Commercial Roofing Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of low-slope roofing systems under the direction of a foreman. Your duties will include performing QA and maintenance inspections to ensure roofing systems are functioning properly. The role requires an individual capable of traveling within the assigned region, working at heights, and lifting heavy materials. A valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of commercial roofing experience are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of commercial roofing experience
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Effective communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Willing to travel up to 25% or more
- Work flexible hours in peak season
