Job Summary
The Commercial Roofing Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repairs of various commercial roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, and coatings. Candidates must demonstrate safe work practices by following OSHA regulations and safely operating tools of the trade. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires mobility to complete tasks, including climbing and handling materials weighing at least 50 lbs. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with foremen, supervisors, and other team members. This position requires at least one year of commercial roofing experience and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
