The Commercial Roofing Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various commercial roofing systems including BUR, EPDM, and single-ply systems. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in commercial roofing and must be able to work safely at heights using ladders and tools. Effective communication with team members is essential, along with the ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs. Candidates must have reliable transportation and pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
