Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope systems); safe operation of tools; adherence to OSHA and site-safety practices; outdoor duties in varied weather; climbing ladders and handling at least 50 lbs; effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and Tremco/WTI teams.
