Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate prequalified traveling subcontractor crews across job sites nationwide while ensuring safety, work quality, and adherence to project specifications. Conduct site inspections, perform final walk-throughs with property managers, and submit daily and weekly job reports including photos and documentation. Manage on-site materials and coordinate with internal teams as needed while representing JRC professionally. This role requires 90% travel with multi-day or multi-week trips, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly. JRC specializes in low and steep-slope roof replacements for commercial and industrial properties and offers a company vehicle, covered lodging, and guaranteed year-round work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising commercial roofing crews
- Willingness and availability to travel 90% of the time (multi-day/multi-week trips)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
